Fixed class times are not subject to change.
If a group course student misses a class, he or she will not be offered a make-up class.
Individual course students can reschedule a class twice a month, provided that the classes are made up, in consultation with the teacher, by the end of the next month at the latest, or within the same month prior to summer holidays.
If an individual course student cannot attend classes at fixed times, he or she will be given the possibility to schedule each class separately, in consultation with the teacher and in a mutually acceptable time slot, provided that the payment is made per class, according to the current price list.
Individual course students notify the teacher about cancellations three hours before the beginning of the class at the latest. Otherwise, the class will be considered as taken.
If the student fails to notify the teacher about a late arrival, the teacher will wait for fifteen minutes. In case of a no-show, the class will be considered as taken.
The monthly fee is due by the fifth day of the current month.
The same monthly fee applies regardless of the number of classes taken by a student during the month.
The price of the coursebook is not included in the price of the course.
In case the student drops the course before it ends, he or she is obliged to make any late payments without delay, including the fee due for the current month.
